Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1A) A publication must not be classified if it contains an advertisement that has been refused approval.
(1) A film or computer game must not be classified if it contains:
(a) an advertisement for a film or computer game that has not been classified; or
(b) an advertisement:
(i) for a film or computer game that has a higher classification; or
(ii) that has been refused approval.
(2) Subsection (1A) or (1) does not prevent a publication, film or computer game from being classified if the application for the classification was an enforcement application.
