CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ACT 1995 - SECT 20
Board to decide consumer advice for publications, films and computer games(1) If the Board:
(a) classifies a film G, PG, M, MA 15+, R 18+ or X 18+; or
(b) classifies a computer game G, PG, M, MA 15+ or R 18+;
it must determine consumer advice giving information about the content of the film or game.
(2) If the Board classifies a publication Unrestricted, the
Board may determine consumer advice giving information about the content of
the publication.
