Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Board may, if it classifies a publication Unrestricted, impose a condition that it not be sold, displayed for sale or delivered unless it is contained in a sealed package.
(2) The Board may, if it classifies a publication Category 1 restricted, impose a condition that it not be sold, displayed for sale or delivered unless it is contained in a sealed package made of plain, opaque material.
