COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 74
Reasons for determination made by augmented Electoral Commission An augmented Electoral Commission for a State shall state, in
writing, its reasons for the determination made by it under subsection
73(1) and any member of the augmented Electoral Commission who disagrees with
the determination may state in writing the reasons for his or her
disagreement.
