COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 375
Power to make Rules of CourtThe Justices of the High Court or a majority of them may make Rules of Court not inconsistent with this Act for carrying this Part of this Act into effect and in particular for regulating the practice and procedure of the Court the forms to be used and the fees to be paid by parties.
Note: Section 86 of the Judiciary Act 1903 provides that certain
provisions of the Legislation Act 2003 apply, with modifications, to rules of
court made by the Court. Section 88 of the Judiciary Act 1903 provides
that regulations may be made modifying and adapting certain provisions of the
Legislation Act 2003 in their application to the Court.
