COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 372
Deposit applicable for costs If costs are awarded to any party against the petitioner, the
deposit shall be applicable in payment of the sum ordered, but otherwise the
deposit shall be repaid to the petitioner.
