COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 324
Officers not to contravene Act etc.A person who, being an officer, contravenes:
(a) a provision of this Act for which no other penalty is provided; or
(b) a direction given to him or her under this Act;
commits an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding 10 penalty
units.
