Guide to this Part(1) This Part deals with pre - poll votes.
(2) There are 2 different kinds of pre - poll vote:
(a) a pre - poll ordinary vote , which is a vote made in accordance with Division 3; and
(b) a pre - poll declaration vote , which is a vote made in accordance with Division 4.
(3) General matters relevant to both kinds of pre - poll vote
are set out in Division 2.
