Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A postal vote shall not be rejected because only the surname of a candidate has been written on the ballot‑paper if no other candidate has the same surname.
(2) A postal vote shall not be rejected because of a mistake in spelling if the elector's intention is clear.
