Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In an election of Senators for a State or Territory the office of the Australian Electoral Officer for that State or Territory shall be the place of nomination for the election.
(2) In elections for the House of Representatives the office of the Divisional Returning Officer for the Division shall be the place of nomination therein.
