Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Applications can be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of decisions of the CEO under subsection 7(3), 10(3), 11(3) or 13(3).
(2) In this section:
"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
Note: Subsection 3(3) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 extends the ordinary meaning of decision.
