CHILD CARE ACT 1972 - SECT 23
Manner of payment of grants A grant under this Act shall be made at such time as is, or by
such instalments and at such times as are, determined by agreement between the
Minister and the operator of the eligible child care centre concerned or, in
the absence of such an agreement, by the Minister.
