Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate any or all of the Minister's powers under this Act to a person holding or performing the duties of an office in the Department.
(5) In subsection (1), a reference to this Act includes a reference to an agreement entered into under this Act.
