CHILD CARE ACT 1972 - SECT 13C
Grants for projects related to the development of child care centres The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, approve the
making of a grant to a State or Territory, by way of financial assistance to
the State or Territory, in respect of approved projects that are, or are
proposed to be, carried out in the State or Territory.
