Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, approve the making of a grant to any person for purposes of or relating to:
(a) research in child care and related matters; and
(b) the initiation and development of methods of child care.
(2) In subsection (1), child care includes the care in any circumstances of children.
