Regulations may exempt from requirement to set out information on documents The regulations may exempt an
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation, or a specified class of
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation, from the requirement in
subsection 85 - 15(2) to set out information on its public documents
and negotiable instruments.
