CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 663.20
Disclosure of interests(1) The Registrar must give written notice to the Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Registrar has or acquires and that could conflict with the proper performance of the Registrar's functions.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) is not a legislative
instrument.
