CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 589.1
Operation of Division(1) This Division provides in relation to the jurisdiction of courts in respect of criminal matters arising under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations legislation and so provides to the exclusion of sections 68, 70 and 70A of the Judiciary Act 1903 .
(2) This Division does not limit the operation of the provisions of the Judiciary Act 1903 other than sections 68, 70 and 70A.
(3) Without limiting subsection (2), this Division does
not limit the operation of subsection 39(2) of the Judiciary Act 1903
in relation to criminal matters arising under the
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations legislation.
