CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 551.20
Establishment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations Unclaimed Money Account(1) The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations Unclaimed Money Account is established by this section.
(2) The Account is a special account for the purposes of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
