CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 526.1
Court may order winding up(1) The Court may order that an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation be wound up.
(2) The order may only be made on the grounds set out in section 526 - 5.
(3) The order may only be made on an application made in
accordance with section 526 - 15.
