CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 487.15

  (1)   The Registrar may extend the period for which an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation is to be under special administration.

  (2)   An extension under subsection   (1) must:

  (a)   be made in writing; and

  (b)   be made before the period to be extended ends.
