CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 201.115
How many votes a member has (replaceable rule--see section 60 - 1)(1) At a general meeting, each member of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation has 1 vote, both on a show of hands and a poll.
(2) The chair has a casting vote, and also, if he or she is a member, any vote he or she has as a member.
Note 1: The chair may be precluded from voting, for example, by a conflict of interest.
