CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 144.5
Application to corporation(1) A person (the applicant ) who wants to become a member of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation must apply to the corporation.
Application to be in writing (replaceable rule--see section 60 - 1)
(2) The application must be in writing.
