CIVIL AVIATION (CARRIERS' LIABILITY) ACT 1959 - SECT 25B
Modification of Parts II and III In relation to carriage to which the Guadalajara Convention
applies, references in Part II (other than section 11), in Part
III (other than section 21) and in Part IIIC (other than
section 25K) to the Convention shall be read as including references to
the provisions of the Guadalajara Convention as having the force of law by
virtue of this Part.
