CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 7
Convictions under foreign laws
If a person has been convicted in a foreign country of an offence against the
law of that country in respect of any conduct, the person is not liable to be
convicted of an offence against this Act in respect of that conduct.
