CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 5

    This Act extends, unless the contrary intention appears:

  (a)   to acts, matters and things outside Australia; and

  (b)   to all persons, whatever their nationality or citizenship.
