CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 33

A matter arising under this Act, including a question of interpretation of the Convention or Protocol for the purposes of this Act, is, for the purposes of section 38 of the Judiciary Act 190 3, taken not to be a matter arising directly under a treaty.
