CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 2

- (1)
- Parts 1 and 4 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Part 2 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation,
being a day not earlier than the day on which the Convention enters into force
for Australia.
- (3)
- Part 3 commences on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation, being a day not earlier than the day on which the Protocol
enters into force for Australia.
