CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 11

(1)

A person must not place or cause to be placed on a private ship, by any means, a device or substance that is likely to destroy the ship.

(2)

A person must not place or cause to be placed on a private ship, by any means, a device or substance that is likely to cause damage to the ship or its cargo knowing that it is likely to endanger the safe navigation of the ship.

Penalty: 15 years imprisonment.
