COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 95ZJ
Withdrawal of notices(1) The Commission may give a person a notice (the withdrawal notice ) in writing withdrawing a notice it previously gave the person under this Part (other than this section).
(2) If the Commission does so, this Part has effect, from the time at which the withdrawal notice is given to the person, as if the other notice had not been given to the person.
(3) The body holding an external inquiry may give a person a notice (the withdrawal notice ) in writing withdrawing a notice it previously gave the person under this Part (other than this section).
(4) If the body does so, this Part has effect, from the time at
which the withdrawal notice is given to the person, as if the other notice had
not been given to the person.
