COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 87ZP

  (1)   In this Division:

"industry code of practice" means a code regulating the conduct of participants in an industry towards other participants in the industry or towards consumers in the industry.

"minor variation" , in relation to an authorisation , is a single variation that does not involve a material change in the effect of the authorisation.

  (2)   A reference in this Division to a proposal of the Commission is a reference to a notice of the Commission:

  (a)   so far as the revocation of an authorisation is concerned--under subsection   91B(3); and

  (b)   so far as the revocation of an authorisation and the substitution of another--under subsection   91C(3).
