COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 27
Staff of Commission(1) The staff necessary to assist the Commission shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .
(2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :
(a) the Chairperson of the Commission and the APS employees assisting the Chairperson together constitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b) the Chairperson is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
