Correction of clerical errors and other mistakes in certain registers etc. Where the Registrar is satisfied that a clerical error or other
mistake exists in particulars entered in a register kept by the Registrar or
that matters included in particulars entered in a register kept by the
Registrar are obsolete, the Registrar may vary the particulars for the purpose
of correcting the error or mistake or removing the obsolete matters.
