COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 10.42
Application to be made for registration of varying conference agreements(1) Subject to subsection (3), where a conference agreement that varies or otherwise affects a registered conference agreement is made or arrived at, application shall be made for its provisional registration.
(2) The application must be made within 30 days after the making of or arriving at the agreement.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to a
conference agreement that consists solely of freight rate charges.
