CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 67
Voting at meetings etc.(1) At a meeting of the Board, a question is decided by a majority of the votes of the Board members present and voting.
(2) The person presiding at a meeting has a deliberative vote and, if necessary, also a casting vote.
(3) For the purpose of subsection ( 1), Board member
includes the Director.
