CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 57
Leave of absence(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
(2) The Chair may grant leave of absence to another Board member
on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
