CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 56
Remuneration and allowances(1) A Board member is to be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If no determination of that remuneration is in operation, the Board member is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
(2) A Board member is to be paid the allowances that are prescribed.
(3) This section has effect subject to the
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
