CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 32AMA

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person makes a statement in applying for a warrant; and

  (b)   the person knows that the statement is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 2 years.
