CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 26E
Delegation of New Zealand powers and functions to CASA officers(1) Subject to subsection ( 2), an officer may exercise powers or perform functions delegated to the officer under the Civil Aviation Act 1990 of New Zealand, but only so far as they relate to New Zealand AOCs with ANZA privileges.
(2) Subsection ( 1) does not apply to powers or functions
conferred by section 15, 21 or 24 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 of New
Zealand.
