CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 904E

    A derivative trade repository licensee must give ASIC such reasonable access to the repository's facilities as ASIC requests for any of the purposes of this Part.

Note:   Failure to comply with this section is an offence (see subsection   1311(1)).
