CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 820D
Meaning of operated in this jurisdiction-- clearing and settlement facility(1) A clearing and settlement facility is taken to be operated in this jurisdiction if it is operated by a body corporate that is registered under Chapter 2A.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the circumstances in
which a clearing and settlement facility is operated in this jurisdiction .
