CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 715A
Presentation etc. of disclosure documents(1) The information in a disclosure document must be worded and presented in a clear, concise and effective manner.
Note: If this subsection is contravened, ASIC may make a stop order under section 739.
(2) A contravention of subsection (1) is not an offence.
