Creditors may request liquidator not to follow the simplified liquidation process A creditor of a company may, within 20 business days after the
day on which a triggering event in relation to the company occurs, give the
liquidator of the company notice in writing requesting the liquidator not to
follow the simplified liquidation process in relation to the company.
