Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) ASIC may, by Gazette notice, declare a specified standard time to be the standard time for the purposes of section 265.
(2) Where a notice is in force under subsection (1) of this section, a reference in subsection 265(2) or (4), paragraph 265(6)(a) or (7)(c), or subsection 265(10), (12) or (14), to entering the time when a particular event happened is a reference to entering that time as expressed in terms of the standard time specified in the notice.
