CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1572
Cancellation by ASIC under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations)(1) Section 40 - 30 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) applies whether or not an event mentioned in subsection 40 - 30(1) occurs before, on or after the commencement day.
(2) However, paragraph 40 - 30(1)(c) of the
Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) does not apply in relation to the
cancellation of the registration of a person as a trustee under the
Bankruptcy Act 1966 , as in force at any time before the commencement day.
