CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1498
Application of amendments(1) The amendment made by item 1 of the amending Schedule applies to promissory notes made after the commencement of that item.
(2) The amendment made by item 2 of the amending Schedule applies to trustees appointed on or after the commencement of that item.
