CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1299A
Application for registration as authorised audit company(1) A company may apply to ASIC for registration as an authorised audit company.
(2) An application under this section:
(a) must contain such information as is prescribed in the regulations; and
(b) must be in the prescribed form.
