CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1295
Board may remove suspension(1) Where a registration of a person as an auditor is suspended by the Board, the Board may, on an application by the person or of its own motion, by order, terminate the suspension.
(2) An order under subsection (1) has effect accordingly.
