Court may make order in relation to assets and liabilities of sub - funds If a Court approves a compromise or arrangement between a CCIV
and the creditors of a sub - fund or any class of them, or between a CCIV and
the members of a sub - fund or any class of them, the Court may also make any
order it considers appropriate in relation to the assets and liabilities of
the sub - fund.
