CHEQUES ACT 1986 - SECT 22

                   Where a cheque is not payable to order, the cheque:

                     (a)  is a cheque payable to bearer; and

                     (b)  shall be taken to require the drawee institution to pay the sum ordered to be paid by the cheque to bearer.
